Returns & Exchanges: Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at ShirTal. We do all we can to make sure that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. Handcrafted and natural stones can/will have irregularities and variations in color, texture, and finish. These discrepancies do not justify dissatisfaction or return of product.
However, if you decide not to keep your jewelry, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the original order's postmark date, accompanied with its proper documentation (including the original packaging/box) for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable). The jewelry must be returned to ShirTal unused and in original condition.
What do I do? Repack the item in the original packing materials and send in a protective package and insured.
